A unique concept of Sanskar Guru(s), who would act as Friend, Facilitator and Mentor for the children has been introduced. All the activities in Sanskaram Vatika(s) are oranized under the aegis of sanskar-Guru The prime duty of Sanskar Guru is to empower & inspire the children to imbibe human values through the process of 'Sanskar'. The Sanskar Guru(s) themselves would be true followers of human values; believe in "simple living and high thinking"; would work with missionary zeal and would enjoy working with young children. They would be lively, energetic, creative and innovative. The conduct & behavior of Sanskar-guru(s) would be such that they could become the Role Models for the children and inspire them through their conduct, behaviour and multidimensional personality, as children imitate the actions of their parents, family elders, peers and Guru(s) whom they revere.

They would be lively, energetic, creative and innovative. The conduct & behavior of Sanskar-guru(s) would be such that they could become the Role Models for the children and inspire them through their conduct, behaviour and multidimensional personality.
Each Sanskar Guru would be responsible for 15 children and will remain associated with them till they attain the age of 11 years.
Role & Responsibilities of Sanskar Guru
THE PRIME DUTY OF SANSKAR-GURU IS TO EMPOWER & INSPIRE THE CHILDREN TO IMBIBE HUMAN VALUES THROUGH THE PROCESS OF 'SANSKAR' AND TRANSFORM THE CHILDREN INTO GOOD HUMAN BEING SO THAT THEY WOULD BE BETTER EQUIPPED TO FACE THE CHALLENGES OF LIFE COURAGEOUSLY WHEN THEY GROW AND LIVE AN IDEAL AND EXEMPLARY LIFE

(a) The Sanskar Guru(s) would manage the activities of Sanskaram Vatikas. They are also expected to decorate the Sanskaram Vatika and keep its surrounding neat, clean and beautiful. They will maintain a nature friendly and holistic environment/atmosphere in Sanskaram Vatika.
(b) Sanskar Guru(s) would conduct/organize the programmes/activities of the Sanskaram Vatika in such a way that whole-hearted participation of children is ensured. These value rich programmes/activities would be planned according to the age group of the children to satisfy their curiosity and to provide plenty of fun, pleasure and entertainment to them. The Sanskar Guru(s) would also organise value rich special programmes like film shows, cartoon show, workshops, symposiums etc. to enrich the experience of the children. The Sanskar Guru(s) would make use of various innovative and flexible methods which would enable the children to 'imbibe human values'.
(c) To provide a broad spectrum experience to the Children, Sanskar Guru(s) would also interact with various artists such as singers, dancers, magicians, puppeteers etc and invite them to perform their programmes at Sanskaram Vatika(s).
(d) Sanskar Guru (s) would identify the negative and positive tendencies of children and assist them in eliminating the negative ones, and strengthening the positive ones and also create such situations, which would help them in imbibing those human values which are lacking in them. They are expected to know the psychology of the children, their attitudes, aptitudes, abilities, likes and dislikes.
(e) The Sanskar Guru(s) would create an intimate environment where children would feel oneness with the Guru. They would behave like a mother who plays, acts and sometimes imitates her child to remove psychological barriers between them.
(f) Sanskar Guru(s) would remain in touch with the families of their pupils. The Sanskar Guru needs to understand the behaviour of every child, his negative and positive tendencies, his deficiencies, the environment in his house and the traditions of his family to achieve the best. Sanskar Guru(s) would also interact and develop Rapport with Parents by frequent, useful and meaningful interactions to understand their family environment, atmosphere and traditions as well as the weakness and strengths of their children. Sanskar Guru(s) would communicate and advise the parents in an informal and cordial way in case their family environment/atmosphere is required to be improved to make it conducive for imbibing human values. 'Sanskar Guru' has to identify the prominent qualities of every child and make efforts to improve the said quality.
(g) The Sanskar Guru(s) would also invite the parents periodically to Sanskaram Vatika and plan enrichment programme for them. Some expert speakers may be called for the purpose. The details of such programme for parents would be planned carefully and exhaustively with inbuilt flexibility.
(h) Sanskar Guru(s) will prepare and maintain a Record of each child containing their observations on daily basis. A cumulative report would be prepared periodically.
In brief the role and responsibilities of Sanskar Guru(s) are multi-dimensional and they are expected to be skilled in Managerial, Communicational and Professional techniques. They would not be gurus only, they would become Trend Setters. The Sanskar Guru(s) would act as "Catalytic Agents" in expediting the process of inculcating human values in the children and would transform them into exemplary and ideal persons.
These Sanskar Guru(s) are especially trained through an intensive and very innovative training programme. They are also acquainted with the various dimensions of human values and qualities, the process of Sanskar, its philosophy and its effect on the conduct and behaviour of the people and method of conducting/ organising programmes and activities at Sanskar Vatika. Besides, the training in play way method, demonstration method, learning by doing method, Experimental Method, other Innovative Method, the training of games, celebrating the festivals, organizing tour programmes, etc is also imparted to them.
