Sanskaram vatika(s)would organize multifarious especially designed value rich innovative programme and activities in such a manner so that they are immensely rejoiced and indirectly get wipe out their negative mental tendencies mental tendencies and imbibes human values, positive Attitude and Human Qualities in their sub-conscious without being aware of them children, along with fun,pleasure & enjoyment, would imbibe positive attitudes and human values in their subconscious, unconsciously. These especially designed value-linked programmes/activities include -Performing Art such as Songs, Rhymes, Music, Dance, Drama, Role Plays, Lullabies, Group songs and Puppetry etc.
Spiritual Activities such as Prayer, Yoga, Meditation, Pranayam and recitation from the scriptures of different religions.
Cognitive Activities such as Quiz Programmes, Antakshari, Comics etc.
Literary Activities such as Folktales, Poems, Poetry recitation, Story telling,
Cross words etc.
Creative Art & Craft such as Drawing, Painting, Crafts, Clay modeling, Mask Making & Toy making etc.
Audio-visual Programmes such as Audio-Video programmes, Jingles, Docu-drama films, Tele-films, Music Video films, Cartoon films, Features films and other Audio/Video programmes etc.
Games and Physical activities such as Plays, Board games, Computer games, Climbing, Riding, Sliding, Swinging, Drills, Exercises, Racing, Khokho, Kabbaddi and Other indoor/outdoor games etc.
Social Activities Besides the above, there will be other Social and outdoor activities such as plantation programmes, social service, cultural programme, celebration of festivals, workshops, symposiums, short term camps, tour, excursion, visits to natural/historical/religious places and interaction with children belonging to different
socio-economic strata etc so that children may experience harmony and affinity with nature and society.
These activities would be conducted according to age groups with an objective to inculcate human values and to develop the child dhysically, mentally, socially and spiritually. The experts have identified five different age group i.e 2 to 3 years, 4 to 6 years, 6 to 8 years and 8 to 11 years. To cater to different age groups, the activities in these vatika(s)would be conducted in two shifts. The morning shift will be akin to a play school for children between 4 to 11 years so that they may be able to participate in the programme of the vatika without any disturbance to their formal education of present times. Thus children would be able to continue their formal education and develop their personality and build their character simultaneously.
