Sanskaram Vatika presently is for the children of age-group of 2 to 5 years (Pre-Nursery, Nursery & K.G.)
a) To build the character of the children,
b) To develop their personality,
c) To lay the foundation for their modern education

B- SANSKAR GURU (Mentors
a) N.T.T./E.C.C.E. or equivalent examination passed.
b) Can Read, Write English & Hindi (both).
c) Vegetarian & Teetotaller.
d) Polite & Humble.
e) Having Missionary Zeal.
The interested candidates are required to appear for a written test and interview.
Candidates selected for the post of teachers (mentioned at 'A' above) are required to attend an orientation course for about one month. Expenses of this course will be Rs. 2,000/- including material cost. This training will be non-residential (8.30 AM to 6.30 PM).
Candidates selected for the post Sanskar Guru (mentioned at 'B' above) are required to undergo residential training for about four months. Expenses incurred on the training and boarding/lodging of Sanskar Guru(s) during these 4 months will be more than Rs.30,000/- per candidate during out of which Rs.15,000/- (in three monthly installments of Rs.5,000/- each) will be paid by the candidate and remaining Rs.15,000/- will be borne by Sanskaram Vatika. After 4 months of training, Sanskar Guru is required to do internship (on job training) for another 12 months. During this period of internship, Sanskar Guru will reside in Sanskaram Campus and get fully involved with the children of Sanskaram Vatika however they are free to visit their families once in a month. After completion of internship, they have to reside either with their families or make own arrangement of Residence. Sanskar Guru will execute a bond to serve the Sanskaram Vatika atleast for two years and thereafter they are required to give minimum 3 months notice in advance if they want to leave Sanskaram Vatika.
The training programme for Sanskar Guru would include Personality Development, Yoga (Yam, Niyam, Aasan, Praanaayaam, Meditation), Dance, Judo, Karate, Taekwondo, Spirituality & Spiritual Awakening, Art of Living, Communication Skill, Sanskrit Language, English Speaking, Process of Sanskar, its Philosophy and Application, the various dimensions of human values and qualities, and its effect on the conduct and behaviour and method of conducting/ organising programmes and activities at Children's Activity Centres, the training in play way method, demonstration method, learning by doing method, experimental method, training of Games and Sports, Celebrating the festivals, Scriptures of various religions, organizing tour programmes, etc. use of modern technologies of communications, computers & internet, etc.
Remuneration for the post of teacher will be Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) per month after completing the orientation programme of one month. Besides this, the Morning Breakfast, Lunch and Afternoon Refreshment would be served at Vatika
Remuneration for the post of Sanskar Guru mentioned at B above will be as under-
(a) During the period of internship (on job training) of one year, Sanskar Guru(s) will get Rs.5,000/- per month with residence facility (on sharing basis with other female Sanskar Guru(s)). Thereafter, their remuneration will be Rs.1,20,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Twenty Thousand) per annum on CTC basis. However, after completion of internship of one year, they have to reside either with their family or make own arrangement for their residence.
(b) Annual increment in the remuneration for both the posts shall be based on their work performance, competence, inflation index and overall performance of the organization.
