The franchisee must have a good reputation and must be committed to human values.

The franchisee should have a strong social commitment and must be prepared to put that commitment ahead of all other considerations.

The franchisee should be teetotaler, non smoker and genuinely fond of children.

The franchisee either have arrangement of a building with a covered area of about 250 sq metres with open lawn of about 100 sq. metres or about 400 sq meters of land and should be ready to build up the same at their own cost within a given time period to accommodate Sanskar Vatika.

The franchisee must be financially capable of investing about Rs.20 Lakhs in infrastructure and working capital (besides cost of land and building).



To develop the Sanskar Vatika complex into a Center of Excellence and to constantly upgrade the facilities of the Vatika.

To maintain clean and holistic environment in Sanskar Vatika which is conducive to value based personality development.

To strengthen the brand and not to do anything which is prejudicial to the brand and image of Sanskaram.

To strictly follow the quality parameters, rules & regulation prescribed by the Sanskaram.
